Refund Policy

Dexgen is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange your purchase from Dexgen.

Products Covered by this Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased from Dexgen, including Anker, Acefast, QCY, Baseus, and Joyroom brands, with brand warranty.

Return and Exchange Window

You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in unused and undamaged condition.

Reasons for Return or Exchange

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for the correct item.
  • Faulty or Damaged Item: If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a new item.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item for a refund. However, please note that we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

Items Not Covered by this Policy

  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are missing original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Items that are on sale or clearance

Refund Process

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Dexgen customer service by phone or email to request a return or exchange.
  2. You will be provided with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
  4. Ship the item back to Dexgen at the address provided on the return instructions.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.

Bangladesh Law and Order

This Refund Policy is compliant with Bangladeshi law and order. In case of any discrepancy between this policy and Bangladeshi law, the latter shall prevail.
