Return/Exchange Policy
Dexgen is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy in accordance with Bangladeshi law and order.
What can be returned or exchanged?
You can return or exchange most items sold by Dexgen within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unopened and unused condition.
- The item has all original tags and packaging attached.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Items without original tags or proof of purchase.
- Items that are specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
How to return or exchange an item?
- Contact Dexgen Customer Support: Please reach out to Dexgen Customer Support by 01914-258686 or email info@dexgen.com.bd to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide Return/Exchange Details: You will be required to provide your order details, reason for return/exchange, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Return the Item: Following Dexgen’s instructions, securely pack the item in its original packaging and return it to the designated address.
Shipping Costs:
- Returns: You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to Dexgen.
- Exchanges: Dexgen will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement item.
Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, Dexgen will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 21 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges:
- Upon receiving your return request, Dexgen will verify the availability of the replacement item.
- If the item is in stock, Dexgen will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
- You will be notified if the replacement item is unavailable and will be offered a full refund or alternative options.
Warranty Claims:
For items covered under brand warranty, please refer to the warranty information provided by the respective brand (Anker, Acefast, QCY, Baseus, Joyroom) for specific instructions on how to make a warranty claim.
